Housing a permanent collection, Reflecting Canberra, and a variety of local, national and international exhibitions, CMAG provides a refreshing insight to the integration of social history and the visual arts.

Children will take a journey through the 2113:
A Canberra odyssey exhibition, a celebration of
our centenary examining the city through the interplay of art, science and historical material. Travelling forwards and backwards through time children discover how Canberra may have looked two hundred years ago, how it looks now and how it might look in the future.
In the studio children will explore and experiment with some of the tools and techniques artists use to create these visions
of the past, present and future.
A wonderful way of introducing children to artworks within a gallery setting.
