Watch and listen in the Lanyon gardens as the birds make their Spring time nests. Search for birds inside the homestead, then weave a nest using raffia, wool and other natural materials.

Driven by colours and shapes in the Word of mouth exhibition,
children will make their own voice heard as they explore a range
of printmaking techniques to create artworks through which to express themselves - loud and clear!

Visit Calthorpes’ House and see the family’s treasures from
around the world, then create some garden-inspired origami.
On the second day, in the CMAG Studio, extend your origami
skills using the exciting material porcelain paper: it folds like
paper and then, once fired, becomes a beautiful porcelain ornament.
