Join John Armes, Senior Manager, ACT Historic Places Major Project, for a tour of the ‘cracks and cornices’ and Jennifer Elton, ACT Historic Places Collections Manager, who will show you how heirlooms can be safely stored. Visit Calthorpes’ House and see the family’s treasures from around the world,
then create some garden-inspired origami. On the second day, in the CMAG Studio,
extend your origami skills using the exciting material porcelain paper: it folds like paper and then,
once fired, becomes a beautiful porcelain ornament.
$25 (members $20), payment due by Fri 6 July, for 8 to 12 year olds.
